Our experienced guides provide free guided tours in the Burren National Park regularly throughout the Summer season. General tours last about 1.5 hours and introduce visitors to the unique flora, fauna, habitats and geology of the Burren. Our free shuttle bus service is now running 14 times a day from the Burren National Park Information Point in Corofin to the trailhead in the Burren National Park, Wednesday to Sunday in May and daily from June to August.

Visitors to Dromore Wood Nature Reserve please be advised that the vehicular barrier at the entrance is now operational. It will open at 8am and close at 6pm daily. Pedestrian access is not affected.
Dromore Wood Nature Reserve is now fully accessible by vehicle again.

The Burren National Park Information Point closes at 5.00pm on Friday 27th September 2019 for another year. Do not be dismayed! - the Park itself and its walking trails are open and accessible all year round, and we will return next spring for many guided walks and events in time for the Burren to bloom again. Opening Hours
The Burren National Park is open all year round and is free to access.
The Burren National Park Information Point in Corofin is open seasonally from April to September. Admission is free. For more information please go to our Information Point page.
