This Friday, the Cuckoo Club will be learning about the different plants and animals that call our turloughs their home. Turloughs are seasonal lakes that occur throughout the Burren and are one of Europe’s rarest habitats. This event starts at 10.15 and will last 1-1.5 hour. It is suitable for young children (aged 5 to 12). Visitors can take the free bus from the Information Point in Corofin at 10.00. Please dress appropriately for the weather and terrain.
