That’s more like it! Summer has returned to Burren National Park to set the wildflower meadows buzzing and bring the turloughs down to size. As midsummer approaches, make hay while the sun shines* and celebrate the longest day with a free guided walk! Have an orchid moment in the species-rich grassland, drop into the cool green shade of the hazel wood, and explore the mystery of the disappearing lake.
While the Orange Trail is our shortest at 1.3km, all of our guided walks take 1.5-2 hours and cover some rough terrain – in case the weather changes, appropriate footwear and all-weather gear are essential! Booking required – contact firstname.lastname@example.org or 065 6827693 for details.
(*note: no hay will be made on the day)
